Ant Websystems is a company specialized in the development and support of the Apache OFBiz ERP open source system in a company networked international environment with competitive rates..
We have contributed substantial parts to the OFBiz system and are an initial committer.

Organization

The Antwebsystems company has European management and has extensive experience leading software development teams in several countries in Europe and in the USA. The company is aware of the culture differences between Asia and these parts of the world. We know what customers from the US and Europe expect, and can even exceed these expectations.

The Antwebsystems company is closely cooperating with partner companies worldwide and is constantly looking for new partners to make the supported OFBiz open source system successful. We would like to implement the technical issues, while our partner can provide the local support to a local customer. Although the Apache OFBiz open source system is free, we do provide paid services to help you install, adapt and run the system. We currently support installations in Europe, US and Asia and have an extended experience in installation, conversion and customization of the OFBiz system.

How do we work?

The most important goals of a successful outsourcing project are trust and exceeding the expectations of you, the customer. Therefore we normally like to start with a number of small jobs of a maximum of a couple of hundred USDollars/Euro's which only have to be fully paid after the result is accepted. We do require a 50 percent advanced payment. The risk for the customer is minimal and we will have an idea how we can best serve you. Working together with a local development team is no problem because the functionality of todays development tools allow the update of an existing project from different locations with minimal interference of the individual project members. For communication mostly chat and e-mail is used.

We will also allow you to use our own OFBiz system we use for email, customer requests and time reporting and invoicing. After the completion of the assignment we will send an invoice and the customer will have a maximum of two weeks to approve the result after which the in invoice becomes payable. Other scheme's allow the reporting of worked hours weekly and invoicing monthly. Invoices to countries outside of Thailand will not contain VAT because it is not required. Payment can be done by Paypal (please add 15% for transfer and currency exchange costs) or by direct bank transfer where the costs of the transfer (about 10$/euro) need to be paid by the customer.
