Installation and monitoring.
We can install the system on any computer in the world which is connected to the internet and we can monitor the installation 24 hrs per day 7 days per week by using monitoring software which will notify us (or you) when problems arise. Actually we will fix most problems before they become severe.

Mentoring and second level helpdesk.
For all the installations we did, we normally also do mentoring and act as a second level helpdesk by solving problems the local helpdesk is not able to. All communication is by either email or chat. Email is normally answered within 24 hours, in blocking issues within 1-3 hours depending on the agreements.

Customization.
If you like apply a new design to your OFBiz ecommerce shop or you want to customize other parts of the OFbiz system ask us for a quote. We not only deliver quality work, but also work for un unbeatable rate.

New application developments based on the OFBiz framework.
Although many business functions are already covered by the current ERP system it is possible you have some special needs. Let us know what you want and we will see how we can do for you.

Data conversion to the OFBiz format.
If you are replacing an existing system and like to convert the existing data, send us the existing datafiles. We did this already many times for other systems and can provide you with a competitive quote.

Domain registration.
If you are hosting your OFBiz system with us, domain registration is included. We can register the following domain extensions: com/net/org, cn (China), nl (the Netherlands), be (Belgium), eur (Europe). We can however host any extension. Please note the contracts which apply if you register these domains with us:
